To vote in the Tuesday, November 3, 2009 municipal election, eligible voters must register by Monday, October 5, 2009. You may register to vote in PA based on the following criteria:

• You have been a citizen of the United States for at least one month before the next primary, special, municipal, or general election;
• You have been a resident of Pennsylvania and of the election district in which you want to register and vote for at least 30 days before the next primary, special, municipal, or general election; and
• You are at least 18 years of age on or before the day of the next primary, special, municipal, or general election.

Registered voters requiring a change of address must also do so by the October 5, 2009 deadline.
